Newport Unlimited is a private company and comprises its Board and Executive.
The role of the Board is to make the key decisions on the strategic regeneration of the city in fulfilment of company objectives, priorities and activities. The Board Members, drawn from both the private and public sectors, are responsible, collectively, to the two founder member organisations, the Welsh Assembly Government and Newport City Council.
