Gillian is a qualified transport planning professional with a doctorate in social and behavioural aspects of transport. Before the Welsh Assembly Government, Gillian worked primarily in a local authority environment leading elements of economic, social and regeneration projects in Devon, Bath and Swindon. Gillian’s focus is on policy and strategy development, monitoring performance, and communicating success to partners, stakeholders, local residents and businesses.
