The Area:

A strategically located site at the northern entrance to the city very close to the M4 motorway.

Vision:

A new mixed use district anchored by a significant food store development will emerge to the north of the City Centre. Crindau Gateway will provide opportunities for infill residential and commercial development potentially focussed around a new canal basin. Highly visible from both the M4 and the northern approach to the City, development at Crindau will need to be of the highest quality reflecting its strategic position at the edge of the City Centre.
